SECURITY D LICENSE

Our basic security officer course consists of 40 hours of classroom, providing training that covers the State of Florida Curriculum and prepares our students with the fundamentals to be a security professional.  Once a student completes the Florida security guard class you then qualify to apply to the Division of Licensing for the security state license. The curriculum covers the following:

  • Florida Security License Laws 493
  • Patrol Techniques
  • Prevention Techniques
  • Observation Techniques
  • Public Relations
  • Fundamentals of Personal Security

 

One of the most common public safety personnel tools are in use today is pepper spray. Intelligence agency has designed this course to provide you with the knowledge on the proper deployment of Oleoresin Capsicum (OC) and has separated this program into lectured-based studies followed by practical application drills, product testing and evaluation in the field. The course covers topics such as:

  • Spraying techniques
  • Methods of movement
  • Proper defensive position
  • Multiple opponent defense
  • Ground techniques
  • Contact and cover system

Our instructors covers a 4hr program designed to teach guards skills, techniques and defensive actions for the appropriate use of the expandable baton as a self-defense and/or use of non lethal management option. This course is for individuals involved in: Healthcare Security, Military, Law Enforcement, Correctional Facilities, and Protective Services Agencies. The curriculum covers the following:

  • Types of Batons
  • Opening the Batonl
  • Post Incident Response
  • Post Incident Documentation
  • Elements of Reporting Reports
  • Awareness of Liability Risks

Our instructors covers a 4hr curriculum to teach our students the skills and knowledge of how to handcuff an individual using techniques that can be utilized for non lethal force. These courses are simple to learn and remember making them a practical methods. We focus on hands-on skills and handcuffing as part of the detaining process. The curriculum covers the following:
